Unrolling an awning. From home i noticed when stopped at a rest stop that my 20 ft. These are pretty easy to use. Yes the camera work isn t the greatest but my 5 year old daughter was the camera gir. Some rvs have a slide mechanism on the awning arm that releases the ratchet by itself. The wind could get inside unrolling the fabric if the motor or springs aren t functioning. Choose a day without wind or rain to perform this task. One thing i often see is people leaving the awning open in the rain for too long.
